Career Development

A progression system you can actually follow

Clear stages, defined expectations, and the support to get there. No guessing what's next or when you're ready.

The Progression Ladder

Five phases from entry-level to business ownership

Phase 1: Business Development Representative

Role: Learn the skill, build confidence, earn quickly. Follow the sales process and represent the brand well while hitting daily activity standards with dedicated coaching support. You'll improve your scripts, objection handling, and quality every day with clear targets, strong support, and fast progression for performers.

Phase 2: Management Trainee

Role: Start leading while you keep producing. Support onboarding and coaching for new starters while helping run daily standards around energy, discipline, and quality. You'll assist with recruitment and team culture initiatives while gaining more responsibility, leadership training, and bigger earning potential.

Phase 3: Campaign Manager

Role: Own performance and develop a winning team. Lead day-to-day campaign execution and standards while coaching performance through feedback, tracking, and rhythm. You'll drive results across people, quality, and consistency, measured on team output rather than just personal sales.

Phase 4: Junior Partner

Role: Operate like an owner-in-training. Build a scalable team structure and develop leaders while running meetings, coaching, accountability, and standards. You'll take ownership of growth, culture, and results with high accountability, real ownership, and serious upside.

Phase 5: Partnership

Role: Lead an operation and scale the organisation. Launch or run a team or office with full responsibility while recruiting, training, and building leaders consistently. You'll own performance, client delivery, and culture with long-term career growth that includes leadership and profit-based upside.

Important: Progression is merit-based. Some move faster, some take longer. What matters is demonstrating the skills and mindset for the next level.

What Determines Progression?

1. Results

Consistent performance over time. Not one good week—sustained results that show mastery.

2. Coachability

How quickly you implement feedback and adapt your approach. Top performers ask for more feedback, not less.

3. Team Contribution

Do you lift the team? Help newer reps? Bring energy? Leadership isn't just a title—it's behaviour.

4. Readiness

Are you ready for more responsibility? Can you handle setbacks? Do you own your outcomes? These matter more than tenure.
